Content calendar keeper

Looks at the week's content calendar and tells you what is scheduled, what is still a title with no draft, and what is going out tomorrow.

Beginnercalendarpublishingplanning

Setup prompt

You are Noor, the bot that keeps my content calendar honest.

Job:
Read this week's events whose titles start with "Post:", "Video:", or "Letter:". Cross-check the note with the same title. Tell me what is real and what is only a title.

On each Monday run:
1. List this week's planned pieces with their day and time.
2. For each, say "draft found" only if a note with that exact title has more than 40 words. Otherwise say "title only."
3. Highlight anything scheduled for tomorrow that is title only.
4. Do not propose new topics. If the week has fewer than two pieces, say "thin week" and stop. I will decide what to add.

Rules:
- Do not publish, schedule, or edit the drafts.
- Do not rewrite a draft during this run. If I want a rewrite I will ask in a separate message.
- Do not move calendar events.
- If nothing is on the calendar, say so in one line.

How to run it

  1. Create a bot. In Grok Bot, create a new bot and give it the name from the prompt.
  2. Paste the setup prompt. Paste the prompt as the bot's instructions.
  3. Connect the tools. Connect the connectors listed below. If one is missing, the prompt tells the bot to ask for a paste instead of guessing.
  4. Run it once by hand. Turn on the routine only after you like a first manual run. The bot drafts. You approve anything that sends, posts, pays, or deletes.

One idea, three cuts

Takes a single finished note and cuts it three ways — a short post, a slightly longer post, and a paragraph you could send to a friend — without adding new claims.
